Thermal Break

Profile Extrusion Company has a 21' vertical Electrostatic Paint line capable of painting extrusions between 12' and 21'. We use a liquid polyester paint to produce a smooth finish.

We provide our customers a choice by offering paint that meets AAMA 2603 specifications and paint that meets AAMA 2604 specifications. We have an inventory of standard colors but custom colors are also available.

"We are pleased to offer the AAMA 2604 paint product to our customers. This paint has been tested and is capable of sustaining at least 3,000 hours of salt spray and humidity. There is also a 5 year warranty on this paint which protects against chipping, cracking, and peeling, as well as against color fade and gloss decrease."

The Thermal Break, "Fill and Debridge", line provides high insulation for window and door components. This process inserts a resin into an aluminum pocket and then cuts the bottom of that pocket out so there is no aluminum connection. The Thermal Break process provides insulation from both hot and cold temperatures.
